This Privacy Policy explains how BrandLegacy (“BrandLegacy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the BrandLegacy mobile application and related services.
BrandLegacy is a personal branding, AI coaching, corporate grooming, journaling, progress tracking, and legacy-building app created for professionals, entrepreneurs, founders, authors, coaches, speakers, and business leaders.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Name, email address, profile photo, and Google sign-in details when you create or access your account.
- User profile preferences such as audience type, brand goal, profession, or selected focus area.
App Activity and Progress Data
- Daily quote progress, streaks, completed actions, saved reflections, journal entries, and lesson completion.
- BKC GRASS Legacy assessment answers, scores, recommendations, and progress reports.
- Saved brand kits, authority audits, voice profiles, style profiles, and AI-generated coaching history.
AI Coach Inputs
- Questions, prompts, notes, brand statements, profile text, business descriptions, and other content you submit to the AI Coach.
- Optional writing samples you provide to create a Brand Voice Profile.
Corporate Grooming and Style Data
- Front-view and side-view photos you upload for AI-powered frame and corporate grooming analysis.
- Generated style results such as frame type, fit direction, outfit suggestions, executive readiness score, grooming notes, and African executive style guidance.
Voice-to-Text Data
- If you use voice-to-text, the app may access your microphone to convert speech into text for journal notes, reflections, or AI Coach prompts.
- Voice input is used to generate text. We do not intend to store raw audio recordings unless a future feature clearly asks for your permission.
Device, Usage, and Technical Data
- Device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, performance data, and usage analytics.
- Push notification tokens if you enable reminders or app notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your BrandLegacy account.
- To deliver daily brand quotes, action steps, journaling tools, progress tracking, and reports.
- To personalize your experience based on your goals, audience type, profession, and previous activity.
- To provide AI Coach responses, brand kits, authority audits, content calendars, and legacy planning guidance.
- To analyze uploaded style photos and generate corporate grooming and wardrobe guidance.
- To save your style profile, saved outfits, reflections, and brand-related notes.
- To process subscriptions through Google Play Billing.
- To send notifications, reminders, and progress prompts if you enable them.
- To improve app performance, fix bugs, secure the app, and prevent misuse.
3. AI Processing
BrandLegacy uses AI features to provide coaching, branding support, legacy planning, and style guidance. When you use AI-powered features, your prompts, uploaded photos, and relevant app context may be processed by AI service providers such as Google Gemini through secure backend systems.
We do not claim AI responses are perfect. AI-generated guidance should be reviewed by you before use. You are responsible for decisions you make based on AI suggestions.
4. Photos and Corporate Grooming Analysis
When you upload front-view and side-view photos, BrandLegacy uses them to generate professional corporate grooming and wardrobe recommendations. These photos are not used to judge your personal worth, health, attractiveness, or medical condition.
- Photos are used for style guidance and may be stored to support saved sessions and style history.
- You may delete saved style profiles or uploaded photo sessions where this feature is available.
- We recommend uploading clear, appropriate, full-body photos with a plain background.
5. Third-Party Services
BrandLegacy may use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:
- Google Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, database, notifications, analytics, and app infrastructure.
- Google Gemini / Google AI services for AI Coach and image-based style analysis.
- Google Play Billing for subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, and payment management.
- Device speech services for voice-to-text functionality where supported.
These third-party services may process data according to their own policies.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are handled through Google Play Billing. BrandLegacy does not directly collect or store your full payment card details. Subscription status may be shared with the app to unlock access and manage your account.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only when needed to:
- Provide app features through trusted service providers.
- Process AI requests, subscriptions, storage, analytics, or notifications.
- Comply with legal obligations or protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the app.
8. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. Some data may be retained longer where required for legal, security, backup, or legitimate operational purposes.

- You can delete journal entries, saved style profiles, or other saved content where supported.
- You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no app, website, or online service can guarantee 100% security.
11. Children’s Privacy
BrandLegacy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
12. International Users
Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your location, depending on the infrastructure used by our service providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
